鐘罩閥是重要用于高溫塵氣的開關(guān)閥,高爐和煤氣發(fā)生爐使用比較常見,有干式和濕式兩種類型。具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,占地面積小,氣密性嚴,可靠性高等特點。鐘罩閥原理很簡單,上部是一筒狀或者錐形鐘罩,鐘罩與上部運動桿相連,下部為進氣口,密封時鐘罩著落將下部進氣口密封,反之向上則閥門開啟,出口設(shè)置在側(cè)面。
鐘罩閥主要由閥座、鐘罩、閥體、閥蓋、提升吊桿、提升架及吊桿潤滑密封系統(tǒng)、環(huán)鏈電動葫蘆和爬梯系統(tǒng)組成。鐘罩與閥座為鑄鋼件,控制鐘罩與閥座的相對位置關(guān)系就能達到控制流體流量的目的。工作時,閥座是安裝在管道上不動的。鐘罩經(jīng)吊桿,穿過潤滑密封系統(tǒng)與環(huán)鏈電動葫蘆的吊鉤連接成一體。當環(huán)鏈電動葫蘆得到動作信號,開啟鐘罩閥時,環(huán)鏈電動葫蘆拉起吊鉤,吊桿垂直上升,從而將鐘罩提升,這樣就使鐘罩與閥座產(chǎn)生了距離,鐘罩閥兩端的管路就連通了,實現(xiàn)煙氣的排放。反之,環(huán)鏈電動葫蘆吊鉤下降,鐘罩在重力的作用下落下,直到接觸到閥座,這樣就將管路兩端的煙氣截斷了。
